Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Definitions
The terms “Affiliate,” “you,” and “your” refer to the applicant. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ctrl Ltd (DBA “Ctrl Copy & Print Centre”). This agreement does not establish any partnership or joint venture between the parties; we remain independent entities.

2. Duration
This agreement becomes effective upon acceptance of your affiliate application and remains in force until terminated by either party. Termination may occur at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

3. Changes
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes may include, but are not limited to, referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and program rules. If you find any modifications unacceptable, you must terminate the agreement. Updates will be published on our website, and you will be notified via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the changes.

4. Commission
Affiliates earn commissions on successful referrals. A successful referral (sale) is defined as a non-fraudulent order that:

  • Remains active for 30 days,
  • Is not canceled or refunded,
  • Has been fully paid, and
  • Originated from your affiliate tracking link.

Affiliates earn a 15% commission on each new successful sale. The commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT) and does not include shipping fees.
We reserve the right to cancel commissions if funds cannot be collected, the order is fraudulent, the customer cancels within 30 days, or if the commission was earned improperly for any reason.

The cookie duration is 30 days. You will receive a commission if a customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your referral link.

5. Payment
Payments are made via PayPal, Revolut, or bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax and VAT obligations related to commission earnings.

6. No Internal Sales
Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.

7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from participation in this program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Order Processing
We are responsible for processing customer orders. Customers who purchase through the affiliate program are considered customers of Ctrl Copy & Print Centre. Prices and availability may change. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with our policies.

9. Restrictions

  • Commissions earned through the program cannot be transferred to another user or applied to any other program or service.
  • Affiliates may not use community forums or IRC chat to generate sales. Sales resulting from such activities will be voided, and the affiliate may be suspended.
  • We reserve the right to reject sites for the affiliate program based on content, including but not limited to:
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit content,
    • Violent content,
    • Discriminatory content based on race, religion, nationality, or disability,
    • Content promoting illegal activities,
    • Content violating intellectual property rights,
    • Unauthorized display of our coupons or promotions on external sites,
    • Affiliates misrepresenting themselves as official, authorized, certified, or sponsored.

10. Unsolicited Emailing
Affiliates must not engage in mass unsolicited email campaigns (spam). Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal from the program, with all unpaid commissions forfeited.

11. Disclaimer
We make no express or implied warranties regarding the affiliate program or potential earnings. We do not guarantee that our site or the affiliate program will be uninterrupted or error-free and are not responsible for any consequences of service interruptions.

12. Search Campaigns

  • Protected SEM Bidding Keywords: Bidding on our trademark, brand terms, variations, and misspellings is prohibited.
  • Limited Use SEM Display URL Content: Variations of “Ctrl” and “ctrl.cy” cannot be used.
  • Limited Use SEM Ad Copy Content: Trademarked terms, variations, and misspellings of Ctrl Ltd are restricted.

13. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by applicable laws, and any disputes must be resolved in the designated courts. You may not assign this agreement without our prior written consent. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.

By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any guarantees or statements beyond those outlined in this agreement.
