Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–7 business days for all production techniques.
97% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 2 business days or less.

– There is a flat rate of €3.50 for pickups (60 pickup locations available) on orders less than €40 – For orders greater than €40 the shipping is Free.
– Deliveries to your door costs a flat rate of €4.99

Delivery: The products are delivered to your door from Akis Express courier after two working days since we dispatch them. The door to door delivery service is available only in urban areas.

Yes, we ship to European Union via EMS Datapost. Parcel will take approximately 5 working days to arrive to your country.

The parcel service enables to track and trace the item, all the way from posting until receipt by the addressee.

Shipping outside Cyprus is only available by request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

No, unfortunately at this time we are not able to accommodate orders which are being shipped outside of European Union.

We convert Pantone colors to their CMYK equivalent values for printing. If you’d like to specify your own CMYK values, please include that in your artwork instructions when ordering.

No, we can only print CMYK colors.

When artwork is submitted in RGB, the colors are converted to their closest available matches in CMYK before going to print. If you let us know your desired CMYK values when ordering it will make it easier for us to print your desired colors. Otherwise we will use our judgement to decide the closest equivalents.

Since RGB has a larger range of colors than CMYK, some RGB colors are currently difficult or impossible to match exactly.

If your artwork is in vector format, it’s important to outline your fonts.

7 pt font size is required for adequate legibility.

Fonts vary based on weight, color, and style. Certain fonts can be made smaller than others.
