TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), constitute a legally binding agreement between Ctrl Ltd (DBA “Ctrl Copy & Print Centre”) with VAT No CY10228322K and you. In these Terms and Conditions, Ctrl Copy & Print Centre is sometimes referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”.

Age restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority, if higher) to order products from Ctrl Copy & Print Centre (“Products”) or to use the ctrl.cy website, as well as any Ctrl Copy & Print Centre social media pages, postings, blogs, videos, or software apps. Collectively, the Ctrl Copy & Print Centre website, social media pages, postings, blogs, videos, and software apps are referred to as the “Website”.

Legally binding agreement
By ordering Products or accessing the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Ctrl Copy & Print Centre reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access the Website or order Products, you will be legally bound by the then-current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Sales tax
VAT is applied for all applicable orders shipped to countries within the EU.

Liability for errors
We are not liable for errors in a final product due to misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, and size.

Order quantities
Due to our manufacturing process, the final quantity delivered will be within +/-5% of the number of units order. We do not guarantee that exact quantities will be delivered.

Returns policy
– No returns accepted for items with customisation options, including any product configurations, image personalisation, text inscriptions, or designs (such as printing, engraving, embroidery, or embossing).
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This is due to the nature of branding your logo, text or image on our products – these products can no longer be salvaged and re-sold.
– All returns are at your own risk and expenses. Once we have received the products unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, Ctrl Copy & Print Centre will refund without delay and no later than thirty days from the date on which this right was exercised, the paid purchase price of the returned products excluding the original delivery costs as well as the costs of returning the products.

Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, strikes, or other situations beyond our control, or for any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.
Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and handling it for shipping.
We are not liable for damages that occur in shipping. The client undertakes to inspect the goods upon collection, and any defects are to be notified immediately to the carrier and us.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR AS PROVIDED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, OR WARRANTIES RELATED TO BEING ACCURATE, SAFE, AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, DEFECT-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CTRL LTD, ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
